With rising COVID-19 cases, Melbourne was put in lockdown last week. Both our shops are within the Melbourne Metropolitan area and so are within this lockdown area but we wish to assure everyone that neither shop has any significant number of active cases in the nearby locality.
Our Cheltenham store continues to be open 11am to 2pm weekdays, although this may change - please ring us on 9584 1678 to confirm we are open if you're coming in. Toomuc Valley remains closed.
As always, if you are feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting (we can always post you out your goodies!).
We continue to strive to be as "COVID-SAFE" as possible - these are some of the measures we have in place:
- Click & Collect available from both shops (Toomuc Valley has a contactless locker system in place) - we highly recommend this as a way to limit your time in the shop by having your order packed and ready for pickup when you arrive
- Hand sanitiser just by the door as you enter - please use it
- Measures in place to limit contact instore such as marks on the ground to aid social distancing, plexiglass in place around the register, regular cleaning of high touch areas etc
- Our shop is big and spacious, so please make use of this space to distance yourself from other people whilst picking out your beads
- Limit of 10 people in the shop - if there are already 10 people inside, please wait outside
- We continue to post out internet orders daily - get your order placed & paid for by 12pm to have it sent same day!
