Finally a "quiet-ish" month for once, with plenty of time to knuckle down and get some of our fun new products up online. With wild weather here in Victoria, battling power outages has hampered this somewhat though! Exciting news this month - classes are back on at our Toomuc Valley store (with Cheltenham classes in the works!) We're also busy preparing for our last two shows for the year - from the 16th of October we'll be in Brisbane for the Craft & Quilt Show and then in November we'll be at the Kingston City Hall for the Melbourne Bead Expo. Say hi if you're at one of these events!
This month we have our extra large 28mm twisted chain on sale: was $6 now only $1 per metre. Sale prices are available online and instore, until the end of October. Available in a range of different colours (silver, gold, copper, bronze, black and nickel).
Lots of new seed beads this month! We have restocked with more Miyuki Delica seed beads in a range of colours (even more available in store). We also have a new range of Chinese A Grade seed beads - whilst not as high quality as the Japanese beads, they are a step up from the budget range we also carry.

As promised, we have lured our class teacher back from maternity leave, and have started running classes at our Toomuc Valley store again. Click through on any of the below images to see details of our upcoming classes. We will have a new class list available at Cheltenham soon - keep an eye on the website for more details.
Brisbane Craft & Quilt Show - we'll be at the Brisbane Exhibition Centre from October 16th (Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm). Make sure you swing by and checkout the bargains to be had (stand number B03).
Melbourne Bead Expo - watch our for us at the Kingston Town Hall from November 8th (Friday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm (til 4pm on Sunday)).
Shop Holiday
Just a quick reminder that our shops will be closed on November 5th for the Melbourne Cup. Our website will continue to operate as per normal. Also a note that our stores are open 10am - 5pm, Monday to Saturday (closed Sundays) - any changes to this are always noted on our website.
