After a much
appreciated week off, the team at Eureka! Beads are back at it! Our website is taking orders and the shops are open, so swing by to show us what you created over the Christmas break! Our Cheltenham and Toomuc Valley stores will be closed on
Friday 26th January for the Australia Day public holiday. Our website will still be taking orders, however due to post office closures, orders will not be sent until Monday 29th January.
Note that our shops will be open Saturday 27th January as per normal.
Did You Know?
Beads have been used as ornaments and even as currency since the beginning of time. This stunning example dates back to the 9th-12th centuries and was excavated in Iran, Nishapur. These beads were found together but restrung using modern techniques, and may have been part of a set of Prayer Beads. Made from carnelian
beads, it is on view at The Met Fifth Avenue (New York) if you wish to take a trip!
