Well winter has well and truly hit us here in the southern states - is it rough where you are too? Although the colder weather means less diving for me (*sad face*), it does mean more nights in front of the heater, glass of wine at the ready and the beads spread out in front of me. Gryffindor certainly prefers the couch time, that's for sure!

 

This month we have a fun monthly special, with our colourful bell charms on sale. We have also been busy restocking many of our quality Beadsmith tools, Swarovski crystals and more - read on to find out more (and don't forget that we are closed from the 8th to the 10th - details below).

Our cheeky and colourful character bells are currently on sale: were $2 each now only $0.50 each.  Full of fun, these bells are great to kids jewellery or to add a little cheeriness to a beaded piece! Sale prices are available online and instore, until the 30th June.

Our latest set of beading classes is now available to see on our website! Come along and join in on the fun and excitement of jewellery making, with classes available for those just starting out, to the more advanced. Class numbers are limited, so call and book into the class of your choice today. Classes are held at our shop in Cheltenham, Victoria. Don't forget that we have a great range of free beading instructions available for download.

Learn the technique involved in making this fun knotted kumihimo bracelet in our 1.5 hour class. You will learn to use the kumihimo wheel, a tool designed to make simple Japanese knotted bracelets with ease.

Learn to make this gorgeous knotted glass pearl bracelet in our 2 hour class. You will learn to use the knotting tool, which will allow you to create knotted pearl and gemstone jewellery.

Our Cheltenham and Toomuc Valley stores will be closed from Saturday 8th to  Monday 10th June for the Queens Birthday. Our website will still be taking orders, however due to post office closures, orders will not be sent until Tuesday 11th June.

 

#EurekaProductSpotlight: Due to the fact that we stock a wide range of jump rings, we are often asked which is the best one to purchase. Obviously it depends on your intended use, but we generally recommend our 6mm jump rings. With a 1mm thickness, they are super strong and require two pairs of pliers to open (no fingernails here!) - perfect for most projects.
